Tweak Spline

This utility is used to vertically offset the entire spline and/or remove the finish line gate. This can be useful when making drastic strength changes or converting old projects to the updated Armadillo. The program automatically creates another spline file with an "_OFFSET.tdf" attached to the original file name. This new file can then be renamed and used in your Armadillo project. You may want to change the new TDF file to "Read Only" so that it won't be overwritten every time you click save in Armadillo. Many thanks go out to Laurie and Bruce for their help with the TDF file format.

NOTE: You will need the VB runtime files included with APM. If you already have APM then it's no problem. Otherwise this program will probably not run.
